Conference Call

      This service allows Bakcell subscribers to make multiparty calls between more than two subscribers. In order to use this service your mobile phone should support this feature of GSM. If it does, then you can contact Information Call Center to activate this service. To make a conference between more than two subscribers, first of all, call one of the subscribers you want to talk to, then put him or her on hold and call another subscriber. Do it as many times as many people you want to participate in the conference call (up to 5). Then use the menu of the phone to select conference call mode (multiparty mode).
      Call to each party participating in conference call is charged according to applicable rate and billed to the calling party account.

Call Barring

      Call Barring service allows Bakcell subscribers to prevent certain types of incoming and outgoing calls. For call barring options please go to the menu of your phone. This service is especially useful when you use the roaming service. In order to use this service, international line of your number should be activated.

Call Divert

      In our highly speedy era when things change so rapidly there might be situations when you can not or do not want to answer incoming calls (important meetings, problems with the phone, out of coverage, etc). In this case using Call Divert or Call Forward service can be very helpful. By using this feature you can divert all or certain types of incoming calls to Voice Mail Box or any other phone to allow somebody else to answer them.

CLIP/CLIR/SOCLIR

      CLIP - Calling Line Identity Presentation - revealing the number of mobile phone calling you on the screen of your mobile phone (if calling party do not use CLIR or SOCLIR services).
      CLIR - Calling line Identity Restriction - preventing your mobile phone number from being shown on the screen of phone you are calling for all your outgoing calls.
      SOCLIR - Subscription Optional CLIR - possibility to reveal or hide your mobile phone number on the screen of called mobile selectively for each call. To hide your number dial #31# shall before the dialled number.

Call Waiting/Call Hold

      Call waiting service allows you to see other incoming call while your line is engaged. This second call waits in a queue until you answer it. If it is very important call you can put first line on Call Hold mode and return to it after answering the second one.
