MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is a modern alternative to SMS and allows to create, transfer and accept by telephone the messages containing melodies, full color images, photos, music fragments, large text sizes and etc. MMS-messages may be sent to both the mobile phones supporting MMS and e-mail addresses.

Combined with high-speed GPRS data transfer technology, the MMS service gives Bakcell subscribers a quick and convenient way of the multimedia messages exchange.

Using the phone built-in camera you can take a picture and send it immediately to your friends, make them happy with an original animated postcard or surprise them with a voice letter - everything depends on your imagination!

TO MAKE USE OF THE MMS SERVICE IT IS REQUIRED:

1. To Purchase mobile phone supporting MMS service.
2. To call to Bakcell Customer Care Center to activate GPRS service first.
3.  Our call center will send you a SMS with the MMS settings or will guide you through the process. If you received SMS you should save it into your phone. From that moment you can send and receive MMS messages.
4. To adjust  your mobile phone MMS settings manually use the following parameters:

When you create the MMS-message, refer to your phone manual.
MMS-message may consist of several images, sound fragments or text blocks and be reproduced by the phone in the preset sequence. In the simplest case, MMS-message represents a picture selected from the phone memory or made using the built-in or connectable camera, supplied with a text.

2) To the phone number of Bakcell subscriber supporting MMS and GPRS, by indicating the seven digit number of subscriber.
