Andrew Guszcza

Andrew Guszcza was appointed as the CFO of Bakcell in March 2011. Andrew brings over 16 years of telecommunications finance and operations management experience to Bakcell. He held senior executive positions in various telecommunications companies in Eastern Europe.

Andrew is a graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in Accounting and holds a CPA certificate. He started his career in the US working in finance and accounting management of diverse corporations as Manville Corporation, Summitville Gold Mine and American Standard. He started working in Russia in 1993 as the CFO of GTS (now Beeline Business). After GTS he held senior management positions at Comsat Russia and Metromedia.

Prior to joining Bakcell Andrew spent 6 years with Orange as the CFO of Orange Business Services Russian and Orange Moldova.
