Payment via E Top-up
The electronic Balance Recharge is another payment option recently developed by Bakcell. This innovative method of payment offers Bakcell subscribers convenience and flexibility.
The E Top-up can be made at Service centers and BakcellIM Sales & Service points, as well as in a number of dealers (please see below the list of designated dealers for E Top-up)

This payment option enables the customer to recharge the balance with any required amount (e.g. 1.30 AZN), which is loaded on the customer’s balance right away.

To recharge the balance with E Top-up:
- Customer shall apply to one of the Bakcell POS or designated Dealer shops
- Tell his/her number
- Pay the amount which he/she would like to load on the balance
- Receive the USSD with the updated balance
