Develop strategy for marketing events, special trips, seminars, trainings for customers. Coordinate approved plans with vendors, agencies and other involved parties. The Head of Corporate Communications reporting to CEO of Bakcell, is responsible for External and Internal Communications and Bakcell’s CSR program with charities. External Communications includes all media, PR’s, organizing press events, interviews, etc; spokesperson if required, active participation of Bakcell in international conferences, whereas Internal Communications includes organizing a quarterly newsletter, interactive intranet, sports events, business events with colleagues etc. The Head is also responsible to further develop Bakcell’s CSR strategy for children in need called ‘Bakcell Stars’ based on an agreed yearly event calendar. Requirements: University degree (marketing, business administration, communications), Writing skills, analytic thinking, used to work under constant time pressure, eye for detail, 10 to 15 years work experience, minimum 5 years at management level, Azeri, Russian, English languages
Responsible for development and update of the company Web sites. Take part in the planning of any company Web site. Discuss ideas for the layout and organization of the site. Requirements: Higher education. At least 2 years of experience in similar position. Advanced knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages. Knowledge of HTML and its extensions, FTP, JavaScript, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Paint Shop Pro, Flash, XML-based programming, XHTML programming, and other web development languages and technologies, Windows and Unix.
Responsible for selection of goods, materials, equipment and services supplier. Negotiate with suppliers on commercial and legal terms. Prepare purchase orders and contracts in ERP system. Requirements: Higher education. At least 3 years of experience in procurement sphere. Advanced knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English languages. Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs.
Assist in implementation of company marketing plans as needed. Responsible for sourcing clients and developing relationships. Prepare paperwork, activate and maintain service contracts for customers. Requirements: Higher education. At least 2 years experience in sales sphere. Advanced knowledge of MS Office. Advanced knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English languages. Must have driving license.
Full accounting of the fixed assets and reflecting their movement on time and charging them to an accountant. Calculation of amortization, inspection and processing of primary documents, preparation of information for separate sections of accounting in order to prepare accounting and tax statements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance sphere. At least 3 years of experience in Accounting sphere. Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook programs. Advanced knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English languages.
Have a basic understanding of data modeling. Must understand and able to read existing data models and have a flexible approach to projects. Develop internal database scheme representing data tables. Requirements: High education in Technical field. At least 3 years experience in Oracle administration. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Oracle, SQL Plus. Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijan, Russian and Russian languages.
Develop plans for implementation of services. Develop/configure individual projects. Optimize and analyze business processes. Maintain information up to date. Requirements: High education in Technical field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sphere. Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs. Advanced knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English languages.
Install Oracle database. Perform troubleshooting and optimization of Oracle database and applications. Support and maintain Oracle applications including production. Perform backup, cloning and recovering activities. Requirements: High education in Technical field. At least 3 years experience in Oracle administration. Advance knowledge of MS Office, Oracle, SQL Plus. Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijan, Russian and Russian languages.
Coordinate with Field Maintenance and other departments for Operation and Maintenance issues on site. Recommend /develop procedures for Operation and Maintenance. Schedule and monitor implementation of assigned tasks to subordinates. University degree in the Technical Field. 3 years experience in relevant area. Advanced knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English languages. Advanced level of Word, Excel, Outlook and AutoCAD programs.
