Service provision agreement
1.1. The “Subscriber” accepts that from the “Company’s” Website can send free SMS messages.
1.2. The “Subscriber” is responsible for completeness and correctness of personal identification data, entered on relevant page of the website, required for sending free SMS via the “Company’s” web page.
1.3 The “Subscriber” is responsible for any consequences, resulting from third party disclosure of personal identification data, used for sending free SMS via the “Company’s” website.
1.4. The “Subscriber” agrees that the “Company” has the right to suspend free website SMS services, if the Customer’s number has a debt.
1.5. The “Subscriber” agrees that the “Company” may change the terms and format of free website SMS service.
1.6. The “Subscriber” agrees that the “Company” may at any time unilaterally terminate the provision of free SMS services from its website.
1.7 The “Subscriber” agrees that the “Company” does not bear any responsibility for text of free SMS messages, sent via the Company’s website.
1.8. The “Subscriber” agrees that the “Company” does not guarantee the timely and flawless delivery of SMS messages sent via the Company’s website.
1.9. The “Subscriber” agrees that in case of using the service for illegal purposes, the “Company” may unilaterally block the “Subscriber`s” access to free SMS service on its website.
