Live outside Baku? Or planning a trip to the country or the beach for a holiday? Switch on your Mənim Ərazim service. In order to help encourage mobile phone use across the country,we have launched Mənim Ərazim to enable our Cin and Klass customers are in holiday or living outside of Baku to save 25% on peak time calls to other Bakcell mobile numbers.

All you have to do is to register your phone to the Mənim Ərazim. Each zone has it’s unique ID.

You can only be registered to one zone at a time. Please note that Mənim Ərazim service is not available in Baku.

How to register your phone to your Mənim Ərazim

• To register to the zone where you are currently located dial

• Your phone will automatically be registered

If you are close to another zone, you may receive a text message giving you the option to choose the zone you want. In this case, follow the instructions below on how “To select a specific zone”.

If you are in an area where the zone coverage overlaps, you will be given the option to choose between the zones.

• Your choice will be registered

• Dial  and follow the voice prompts to register to the zone you are in at the moment

Managing your Mənim Ərazim

• Check what zone you are registered to: dial

• Check whether you are within your zone (Klass customers only): dial

• Deactivate the service: dial

• Request description of a specific zone: dial  Zone ID

• Dial  and follow the voice prompts

Mənim Ərazim with other Cin and Klass services 

• Call Forwarding - the lower Mənim Ərazim tariff will apply on Call Forwarding to calls to your phone when your phone is located in your selected Mənim Ərazim zone, as well as when your phone is set to forward call if there is no answer. For all other Call Forwarding settings, the standard charges apply
• Lovely Numbers - all calls to Lovely Numbers are charged at the standard Lovely Number rate
• Announcements (Klass only) - whenever you move outside your Mənim Ərazim or move back in to your Mənim Ərazim, you will hear an announcement before your first call, confirming that you are inside or outside your zone
• Status - to register the service, your Cin or Klass tariff must be active and have positive balance

Your registration fee will appear on the second page of your invoice, under ‘Paid services during month’. A charge will appear here each time you change your zone. The cost of the request call will appear on third page of your invoice under ‘Call Details’.

Charge for calls will be seen on the third page of your invoice with a special indication that it’s a "Mənim Ərazim" call.
