Find out everything about your number 

Now you can change settings, learn your account status and other details related to your number even from a landline. And you no longer have to wait for an operator’s answer, because new automated system of our Information Center recognizes you even if you are calling from a landline. All you need to do is to get an identification code.

Activate your identification code

• To activate your identification code call from your mobile to short number  
• Follow the instructions and choose a four digit number. From now on this will be your unique identification code
• Now you can change settings, find out your account status and other information related to your number by calling to the Information Center landline 

Changing your identification code

• You can change your identification code any time by calling to short number from your mobile and following the instructions, like you did to activate the identification code 

Identification code options for Cin

The Cin identification code gives you automatic access to personal settings (as if you were calling to from your mobile). To learn your account status you will need to contact operator.

Identification code options for Klass and Gold

The identification code gives you automatic access to personal settings (as if you were calling to  from your mobile) and also allows you to check your account status.
