How to join the successful start campaign 

All you need to do get 12 000 free contours is:

During first month:

  • Buy a Cin number
  • Load contours to it from a scratch cards of any denomination
  • You will immediately get 1000 free contours and 50 SMS as a gift from successful Start campaign

During second and the following months of the year:

  • Load at least two 1 manat or one 2, 6, 10 or 20 manat Cin scratch cards
  • You will immediately get 1000 free contours as a gift from successful Start campaign

To inform you that you have received 1000 gift contours Bakcell will send you SMS with information about bonus contours loaded to your account. Your new Cin number can be activated immediately when purchased (our sales consultants will assist you in doing it) or you can do it yourself at any convenient time. Please remember that you will receive free contours only if you load at least 2 manat worth contours to your account monthly. Cost of any call will be calculated in accordance with the Tariff plan in the bottom of the page. Regardless of the call duration, the minimal chargeable time for each call is 15 seconds.

Tariff plan

Initial tariff principle applies to customers who purchased their Cin number after February 1, 2010.The minimal chargeable time for each call is 15 seconds (for details see table below), after which the call is charged regularly, on per-second basis.
