Use Bakcell call services to make your phone work the way you want it to.

• Conference call

• Bakcell call services may require a mobile phone that is compatible with each service

Conference Call

Hold a group call between you and up to 5 other callers. Simply contact your Bakcell Call Centre to activate your Conference Call service or consult your phone's manual.

To make a conference call

• When you have one caller on the line, put him on hold while you call a second. You can then put your second caller on hold to ring a third, and so on

• Use your phone’s menu to select conference call mode to speak to all the callers together

Calls to each person are charged according to the current rate and billed to the original caller’s account.

Call and SMS Barring

You can prevent incoming and outgoing calls or SMS from and to all numbers:

• To set call barring for incoming calls dial

• To unblock your barring for incoming calls dial

• To set call barring for outgoing calls dial

• To unblock your barring for outgoing calls dial

• If you want to restrict incoming calls from abroad  dial  international code

• If You want to remove restriction on incoming calls from aboad dial 

   international code

• To set SMS barring for incoming SMS texts dial

• To unblock your barring for incoming SMS texts dial

• To set SMS barring for outgoing SMS texts dial

• To unblock your barring for outgoing SMS texts dial

Call Divert

If you cannot answer your phone for any reason, you can divert calls to another number, for example, your voice mail box or to someone who can take your calls.

You can also activate call divert, for example, by dialing:

+ (00) 99455 1234567 , where 1234567 is Bakcell number.

For deactivation dial

Caller display

CLIP (Calling Line Identity Presentation) displays the number of the mobile phone calling you on your phone’s screen.

Withhold your number on all calls

CLIR – (Calling Line Identity Restriction) lets you withhold your phone number from being displayed on every call you make.

Withhold your number on selected calls

SOCLIR – (Subscription Optional CLIR) lets you withhold your mobile phone number selectively for each call you make. To withhold your number, dial  in front of the number you want to call.

Call Waiting

If you are already on a phone call, Call Waiting allows you to see details of another incoming call.

You can choose to:

• End your current call and answer the second

• Put your first caller on hold while you answer the second, then return to your first caller again

•  Answer the second call and switch between both callers

•  Reject the second caller
