Each permanent Bakcell employee, working for Bakcell for not less than 6 months, has the right to apply for a loan from the Company with lower interest.
Bakcell employees are entitled to additional payments for on-call, intervention and shift working.
All Bakcell employees are entitled to medical insurance, once they have passed their probationary period.
Financial Support for external studies
Employees may request financial support for undertaking external studies conducted in the employees’ own time. The company reserves the right to determine the level of funding and the period of time the funding will cover.
Allocation & Use of Company Mobiles and Fixed Lines
Free Bakcell tariff is allocated to a Bakcell employee. And Company Business line as well is allocated to all employees according to their position in the company or the job requirements. A business line is considered to be a benefit (applicable to certain employees).
Some business lines may be exceptionally allocated for a limited period depending on job requirements as they are deemed necessary for performing a specific activity (travel, on – site mission …).
Bakcell requires clothing that is neat, clean and appropriate, e.g. attending business meetings (particularly with management, suppliers or customers), undergoing business training, or attending conferences. Employees should dress in an appropriate manner.
