Your main job responsibilities
  • To develop sustainable Churn Management (Retention) strategy
  • To manage Anti-Churn initiatives
  • To monitor KPIs continuously and make necessary decisions based on their results
  • To manage the Churn Prediction (Predictive Analytics) models development and their periodical update process
  • To analyze the Gross Additions and make proposals towards decreasing their early Churn
  • To prepare, launch and manage Churn Prevention campaigns based on the churn analysis
  • To provide periodic performance reports to management
  • To build new automated targeted (segmented) marketing scenarios intended to decrease the churn
  • To provide the proper data mining and analysis
Your education and work experience
  • University Degree (Education in Marketing, Applied Math, Cybernetics and Economics is preferable)
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Data mining, Reporting, Research and Analysis (Experience in Telecommunications is preferable)
  • Experience in working with large amount of data

  • Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages, (Russian languageis preferable)
