Bakcell presents a new “Be my guest” service. Now you can make a phone call even with a zero balance, and it will be paid for by the called subscriber

I Am Back

“I Am Back” service alerts callers that tried to reach an unavailable Bakcell customer about his/her appearance in the network.

I Called You

“I called you” is a free service allowing you to find out who has called you when your phone was turned off or outside of the coverage area.

Call Divert

If you cannot answer your phone for any reason, you can divert calls to another number, for example, your voice mail box or to someone who can take your calls.

Caller display

CLIP (Calling Line Identity Presentation) displays the number of the mobile phone calling you on your phone’s screen.

Hidden number

CLIR – (Calling Line Identity Restriction) lets you withhold your phone number from being displayed on every call you make.

Call Waiting

If you are already on a phone call, Call Waiting allows you to see details of another incoming call.

Conference Call

Hold a group call between you and up to 5 other callers. Simply contact your Bakcell Call Centre to activate your Conference Call service or consult your phone's manual.

Voice Mail

Now you can be up-to-dateeven if you phone is off, is out of reach or you cannot answer the caller right now.

Call and SMS Barring

You can prevent incoming and outgoing calls or SMS from and to all numbers.
