Bakcell, opened a new BakcellIM Customer Care and Service Center in Baku which is located at 87 Azadliq avenue. The centre was opened by the CEO of Bakcell Ms. Ineke Botter, who said: “Serving our rapidly growing subscriber base is one of Bakcell's main targets, we are happy to open this new BakcellIM which is located in a busy shopping area in Baku. It will offer valuable support and service to our customers. We are pleased that we now have 6 Customer Care, Service and Sales Centers in Baku. On top, Bakcell is opening more and more Customer Service and Sales centers across the country and is further expanding to a total of 20 this year”. Bakcell in the last 12 months has significantly expanded and enhanced its network and more than doubled its coverage into every region of Azerbaijan.
