With 31 new base stations installed during February 2009, Bakcell’s network quality has been expanded and improved in Baku, Absheron Peninsula, Agsu, Goranboy, Agdash, Goychay, Gabala, Oguz, Zagatala, Samukh, Mingachevir and Balakan. Bakcell coverage now extends to over 80% of Azerbaijan territory. Total coverage across the entire republic will be completed by the end of 2009.
