On March 8th, on the International Women’s Day Bakcell has presented to its lady customers more than 20000 free SMSs. All women who visited Customer Care Centers or contacted Call Center by calling 555 or visited one of the Customer Service Centers on that day, have received a gift: opportunity to send 10 free on-net SMS . This campaign was not announced beforehand, so everyone receiving the gift has been positively surprised. It should be noted that currently Bakcell has around 2 mln. customers. During the last 12 months Bakcell has significantly increased and modernized the network. As a result the coverage zone has increased more than twice and covered almost the whole country.
