Bakcell gave presents to the active visitors of its stand in BakuTel 2009 telecommunication exhibition.
“ At the end of the last year we presented a renewed brand and new customer care philosophy “ Daha yaxin olaq“, three renewed products – Cin, Klass and Gold tariff plans and a number of new services and bonuses at our stand in the exhibition. In addition Bakcell employees held a survey, where they asked the stand visitors to respond to questions about the quality of connection and pricing policy, as well as express their preferences and recommendations.
We certainly expected that the stand of a company like Bakcell will be very popular, but the reality exceeded all of our expectations. During only three days about 2000 people participated in our survey. Currently, relevant divisions of our company have completed processing and analysis of those surveys” – said Ms. Ineke Botter, Bakcell’s Chief Executive Officer.
“Also we would like to thank the stand visitors who were particularly active in our survey. They asked a lot of interesting questions and shared their valuable feedback on Bakcell’s work.
Our employees have contacted those respondents and presented new mobile phones as a gift” – said Ineke Botter.
We remind that 15th international BakuTel exhibition was held in Baku in early November 2009. Bakcell’s stand has been recognized as the best stand and won in the nomination of the Best Presentation of Corporate Style.
