The “ASAN İmza” mobile signature service provided jointly by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan and “B.EST Solutions” company (the operator of the mobile signature service) is a mobile identification tool, used for personal identification during the access to electronic services and making digital signatures. The service can be activated on the subscriber’s existing number or a new SIM card. In order to activate the “ASAN İmza” service on the existing number, a subscriber should receive a duplicate for the SIM card.
