Bakcell, the first mobile operator of Azerbaijan, began to receive payments through the new cash payment terminals called Paypoint. Now Bakcell subscribers can pay or refill their balance through payment terminals installed in the most popular parts of Baku, in subway stations, recreational areas and shopping centers. The terminal accepts payments in cash only and the minimum payment is AZN 1; the maximum cannot exceed AZN 800. Upon payment, the subscriber will receive a SMS notification confirming the transfer. This new service complements the current payment methods such as scratch cards, money cards, payment via the bank, ATM, at the Customer Service Center or at any post office of the "AzeriPocht".
