Bakcell, The First Mobile Operator and The Leading Mobile Internet Provider in Azerbaijan, launches yet another activity within the company’s “Football with Bakcell” project. Students of 9th, 10th and 11th grades of secondary schools, located in Baku and the country’s regions, shall be eligible to participate in the “Bakcell Virtual Football Championship”, which is to take place from February to April of 2015. The Virtual Football Championship (PES) is a virtual football tournament, held by means of the relevant gaming consoles.  The tournament will be held in Baku (20-23 of February), Sumgait (February 28 – March 1), Zaqatala (7-8 of March), Qabala (14-15 of March), Sheki (21-22 of March), Lankaran (28-29 of March), Mingachevir (4-5 of April) and Ganja (11-12 of April). Final games between winners of tournaments, held in various regions of the country, will take place on 26th of April in Baku. The event’s organizing team will visit the above mentioned regions and conduct relevant promo campaigns in order to provide the participants with detailed information about the tournament. In addition to that, stands for registration of the participants will be installed at each region. To make sure that the games are not disturbing the education process, the tournaments will be held during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) at secondary schools and sporting venues, located in the city centers.
