Bakcell, the first mobile operator in Azerbaijan, held an opening ceremony of the next BakcellIM Customer Care and Service Centers in Zagatala and Lankaran cities. Along with Bakcell’s representatives, local community members and dealers from near regions attended the opening ceremony. The new BakcellIM centers will offer the whole range of customer care services for Bakcell’s Cin, Klass and Gold subscribers. Bakcell in the last year has significantly expanded and enhanced its network and more than doubled its coverage into every region of Azerbaijan. Bakcell has nearly 2 million active subscribers. Bakcell also offers high-speed internet on the basis of EDGE technology.
