Vagif Javadov: “I myself have called the Call Center of Bakcell a couple of times to get information. I thought that the operator’s work was easy, and all they do is sit there and talk on the phone. I tried myself out as an operator. Managing calls and answering all the questions was not that easy at all. People with all kind of personalities are calling, even the ones who call to ask unrelated question, just to waste some time. Operators who work here are very patient and professional.
