- If the tariff validity period expires and the subscription fee is not paid or the balance is not topped up, the number will be one-way blocked.

- 3 GB of internet is provided jointly for Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram. You can use up to 3 GB on the social media platforms of your choice.

- To renew the tariff before the expiration date, you can use the Bakcell app or dial *925*2#.

- When the tariff period expires or you migrate to another tariff, any unused balance of the tariff will be deleted.

- When the tariff is renewed before the renewal date, the remaining balance (internet, minutes, SMS) can still be used until the expiration date.

- When you receive an internet package, the package’s internet will be used first.

- To switch to GO 29.99 tariff, a minimum balance of 29.99₼ is required.
