Bakcell, in line with its philosophy to Get Closer to its customers, opened a new BakcellIM Customer Care and Service Center in the town of Guba. The centre is located at Azerbaijan ave/A. Karayev str. The new BakcellIM center will offer the whole range of customer care services for Bakcell’s Cin, Klass and Gold subscribers. This is already the seventh BakcellIM center that was opened by Bakcell in the last 12 month.There are now Bakcell Service and Sales centers across the country – Sabirabad, Shirvan, Jalilabad, Sheki, Guba, Xachmaz and Mingechevir. Bakcell will have around 17 centers in total by the end of 2010; 12 are based in the regions and 5 in Baku. Bakcell in the last year has significantly expanded and enhanced its network and more than doubled its coverage into every region of Azerbaijan. Bakcell has nearly 2 million active subscribers. Bakcell also offers high-speed internet on the basis of EDGE technology.
