Bakcell, the first mobile operator in Azerbaijan, was pleased to support the fifth International Children’s Chess Tournament held in Baku from 10 to 15 April. Organized by “Genclik Chess Club” and “British school” and hosted at “Odlar Yurdu” University, the tournament brought together 42 young chess players from 8 countries, including Turkey, Poland, Georgia, Scotland, Bulgaria, Trinidad and Tobago, India and Azerbaijan. The winners of the tournament were children from Georgia, Bulgaria and Azerbaijan. Bakcell has given mobile phones to the winners of the tournament.      By supporting advancement of children’s chess and other educational and social projects aimed at developing children’s intellectual capacity, Bakcell demonstrates its corporate social responsibility towards children.
