Bakcell informs that there are more than 10 000 independent sales points offering calling cards of Bakcell in Azerbaijan. These sellers are selling calling cards to the end users after purchasing them from Bakcell distributors and agents.  These sellers are not related to Bakcell whatsoever.  Bakcell does not have the right to influence the pricing policy of independent sellers.  In order to ensure the clearness and comprehensibility of prices, Bakcell indicates the value of each card on its surface.
