Which tariffs can Naxtel subscribers migrate to?
Naxtel subscribers can initially activate Bakcell’s GO tariffs. Depending on the subscriber’s preference, it is also possible to migrate to other Bakcell tariffs.
Will the Naxtel subscriber’s balance remain during number portability?
When the number is ported in, the remaining balance (internet, minutes, SMS) will not be transferred to the new number.
How can a Naxtel subscriber top up their balance after porting in to Bakcell?
The balance can be quickly topped up through the Bakcell mobile app. Additionally, it is possible to top up using the country’s mobile banking apps, payment terminals, and unified payment cards. In payment terminals, first select Bakcell, then the 060 prefix.
Does the Naxtel number need to be active for portability?
The Naxtel number must be active during portability. If the number is blocked (either one-way or two-way), the subscriber must contact the Naxtel office.
What should be done if the number is not registered under the subscriber’s name?
In this case, the subscriber should visit the Naxtel customer centers and transfer the number to their name.
During which dates is number portability possible?
Portability is possible between 15.10.2025 and 15.12.2025.
What happens if the number is not ported in to Bakcell by 15.12.2025?
Numbers that are not ported by the specified date will be canceled, and the existing contract for those numbers will be terminated.
What happens if a Naxtel number is used on a device that is not registered?
To port in to Bakcell, the device must be registered via IMEI.
How can one port out to another operator after porting in to Bakcell?
When a Naxtel number ports in to Bakcell, the process is completed immediately and successfully. To port out to another operator afterward, there is a 90-day waiting period.
