With Voice Mail Service everyone calling you will be able to leave a voice mail which you can play at any convenient time, not only from your mobile, but also from any other telephone or if you’re on roaming.
To ensure that you are always aware of new incoming voice mail Bakcell will send you an SMS notification. Bakcell offers you a unique opportunity to enjoy the following services, completely free of charge:
- Activate, reconnect and deactivate Voice Mail Service

Voice Mail Service features for customers whose service has been activated automatically
If your Voice Mail Service has been activated automatically then you should have received a related SMS message from Bakcell. Now you can play your incoming messages from your own phone, as well as any other phone.
To activate the service dial *137#1#.
- To listen to the received messages from your own number, dial 7072 and follow the main menu instructions. Subscribers can listen to old saved messages by calling to 7077 till 30.10.2014.
- To listen to the received messages from another Bakcell number, dial 7071 and follow the main menu instructions
To play your Voice Mail box messages from another phone you need to set a personal password. To do this dial 7072 on your mobile and follow instructions to set your personal password for Voice Mail box. Password can be set only within the home network (not while you are on roaming).
When accessing the Voice Mail Service from general access via 7072 number, you can listen to the messages and change Voice Mail Service settings (except for password settings)
Setting Voice Mail Service options
All automatically activated customers are set at a common single call diverting option – “not reachable or turned off”. That is, all incoming calls will be automatically diverted to your Voice Mail box. However, you can change your Voice Mail Service settings to suit your convenience.
- If you want all incoming calls to be automatically diverted to your Voice Mail box all the times please choose “All calls” option by dialing **21*00994558000000#

If you want incoming calls to be diverted to your Voice Mail box after 30 seconds, please choose “no answer” option by dialing **61*00994558000000#

If you want incoming calls to be diverted to your Voice Mail box if your phone is out of reach, please choose “out of reach” option by dialing **62*00994558000000#

If you want incoming calls to be diverted to your Voice Mail box if you are talking to another caller, please choose “busy” option by dialing **67*00994558000000#

You can also enjoy all advantages of Bakcell Voice Mail Service by activating the service yourself.
In order to select language settings, please dial 7072 and follow the systems requirements.
You can also activate your Voice Mail Service by visiting one of our Customer Care Centers or by contacting the Call Center.
To help you avoid unexpected spendings your Voice Mail Service is not activated automatically in roaming.
Thus, if you wish to use this service while being abroad, you will need to activate it yourself. To do this fill number +994558000000 into “Call diverting” section of you phone’s menu. As soon as you fill the new number for diverting, all missed calls to your phone will be diverted to your Voice Mail box.
To deactivate Voice Mail Service in roaming please turn off diverting.
Suspending of diverting in Voice Mail Service
- To suspend the diverting in Voice Mail Service activated in any language please dial *137#0# on your phone or turn off the diverting in “Call diverting” section.
Original Voice Mail Service settings
After activating your Voice Mail Service you need to select your personal settings, i.e. change the standard password (which will be automatically selected by the system) to your own personal password, assign name to your Voice Mail and record a welcoming greeting\message for the customers calling you, just like you would do on your home answering machine. To do this, please dial 7072 from your mobile and follow the instructions.
